What are your store hours?

Tuesday–Friday: 11AM – 6PM Saturday: 10AM – 3PM Closed Sunday & Monday There may be times when MK Salon & Suite is open while the boutique is closed. During those hours, you’re more than welcome to browse in-store or place an online order for pickup during our regular business hours. If you need something outside of our normal hours, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Where are you located?

📍13910 U.S. 29, Chatham, VA 24531 Come by and see us! We’ve recently expanded and added MK Salon Suite to our space.
How do I start a return?

What is your return policy?

Online and in-store purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returns made between 15–30 days may be eligible for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. Please wait until you receive your confirmation email before coming in. Pickup is available during regular business hours: 📍 Tuesday–Friday 11–6 | Saturday 10–3
When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
How does sizing run?

We carry a variety of brands, so sizing can vary. Refer to the sizing details in the product descriptions or reach out—we’re happy to help!
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase physical or digital gift cards [here].
Do you still offer custom burned hats?

Absolutely! Visit our in-store Hat Bar to design your custom hat. You can choose from a variety of bands, burns, and finishes.
Do you host creative workshops?

Yes! We love bringing the community together. Check our [Events page] or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.
